Absolutely loved my stay!
variety breakfastspacious poolgreat music
the breakfast included so many options! i especially enjoyed the pancakes from the pancake machine. the pool area was spacious (i did laps every morning!) and the kids' playroom was a lifesaver for keeping them entertained. live music in the evenings added a special touch.

i found the breakfast buffet expansive and quite fresh. the pools, both indoor and outdoor, seemed well-kept. i appreciated the direct beach access through the convenient tunnel.
The hotel felt somewhat dated. Some furniture seemed worn. i think upgrading some of the room furnishings would be beneficial.

the staff were consistently helpful. the breakfast selection was really good with many options. the outdoor pool area was excellent, with ample seating and lounging facilities. the room provided comfortable space and adequate storage (very practical).
i found that the gym, while good, could benefit from having some newer equipment.

the hotel is super clean, from the grounds to the bedrooms. the staff are some of the kindest professional people in the business, they cannot do enough. sea views are very nice. the rooms are very comfortable.
i have asthma and didn't like carpets everywhere, specially in bedrooms.

Breakfast was excellent. It included lots of choices. i appreciated the quality of the options available and the variety provided. the staff quickly cleared tables, and the area was kept clean.

Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable of the area. they supported us with a range of requests, which i found very convenient. the front reception staff were excellent. The restaurant service was also excellent too!
